Section 01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 666w1 ("666w1", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling information platform accessible at https://666w1.cam ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 666w1 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

666w1 operates as an English-language online gambling information platform serving players across Pakistan, including users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar, as well as internationally. The Platform provides information about online casino games, sports betting markets, responsible gambling tools and related content.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the 666w1 Platform immediately. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

Section 02

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Platform"

The 666w1 website, mobile interface and all associated services accessible via https://666w1.cam.

"Account"

A registered user account on the 666w1 Platform, created by completing the registration process and verified through KYC procedures.

"User" / "Player"

Any natural person who accesses, registers on or uses the 666w1 Platform.

"Balance"

The total funds held in a User's account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds, where clearly distinguished.

"Bonus Funds"

Promotional credits awarded to a User's account subject to specific wagering requirements, time limitations and other conditions as stated at the time of the offer.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals may be processed, which may include submission of a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address and liveness/selfie check.

"Wagering Requirement"

The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

"Restricted Territory"

Any jurisdiction in which access to the Platform or participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, as determined by the operator from time to time.

"Responsible Gambling Tools"

Account-level controls including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options available to all registered Users.

"Force Majeure"

Any event beyond 666w1's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, network outages, cyberattacks or natural disasters.

Section 03

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 666w1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as Users.
2. You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the applicable operator's license jurisdiction. 666w1 strictly enforces age verification through KYC procedures; providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms.
3. You must not be a resident of, or physically located within, a Restricted Territory at the time of registration or at the time of any wager or transaction.
4. You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee or director of 666w1 or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the 666w1 Platform or related platforms under a group-wide exclusion policy.
6. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
7. You must provide accurate, truthful and current personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your account.

666w1 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the User relationship. Failure to satisfy or maintain any eligibility requirement may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending transactions and, where applicable, forfeiture of bonus funds.

Section 04

Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. 666w1 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a current telephone number and your residential address at the time of registration. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 666w1 will not be liable for consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the User.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must notify 666w1 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 666w1 will not be liable for losses resulting from a User's failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team via the email address listed in Section 15. Upon closure, any pending transactions will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

4.5 Right to Decline or Close Accounts

666w1 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close, suspend or restrict any existing account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms or regulatory obligations.

Section 05

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the operator and confirmed in the cashier section of the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method. 666w1 acknowledges that Pakistani users may be familiar with a range of local payment methods; however, the availability of any specific method is subject to the operator's cashier and applicable compliance requirements at the time of the transaction.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable fees, if any, are stated in the cashier section of the Platform.

5.3 KYC Requirement for Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Users who have not completed KYC will not be able to process withdrawals until required documentation has been submitted and approved. 666w1 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process.

5.4 Processing Times

Processing times for withdrawals depend on the method selected, the operator's internal review queue, the User's KYC status and the policies of the receiving bank or payment provider. 666w1 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes. Stated timeframes are estimates only.

5.5 Currency

Account balances may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies as configured in the User's account settings. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the operator and stated in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

Section 06

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Availability

Promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other incentives are offered at the discretion of 666w1. All promotions are subject to individual terms that specify eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports), time limits, maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings and any other applicable conditions. These individual promotion terms are provided at the time the offer is made and form part of this Agreement.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, multipliers and eligible game contributions are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live table games and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

6.3 One Bonus Per Household / IP Address

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, email address and payment method. Where 666w1 has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus is being claimed by the same individual across multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and bonus funds forfeited.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to matched betting across accounts, collusion, use of software tools or any strategy that 666w1 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the forfeiture of associated bonus funds, account suspension and potentially legal action where applicable law is engaged.

6.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions

666w1 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would unfairly affect Users who have already commenced meeting the conditions of that offer.

Section 07

Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the 666w1 Platform operate through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through real-time physical gameplay overseen by trained dealers and monitored by independent auditors. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages shown on the Platform are verified figures or clearly labeled illustrative estimates. Users may not rely on RTP figures as a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Each game and sports betting market has associated minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 666w1 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including in response to individual account risk assessments.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or software error that affects the integrity of a game round or wager, 666w1 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the relevant stake to the User's account. 666w1 will not be liable for losses incurred as a direct result of technical failures outside its reasonable control.

7.4 Sports Betting — Cricket, PSL and ICC Events

For sports betting markets, all wagers are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and event. Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 Internationals and bilateral series — are subject to official match result determinations by the relevant governing body. Any wager placed on a match that is subsequently abandoned, rescheduled or reduced in overs without a result being declared may be settled in accordance with the operator's void/settlement rules, as stated in the relevant market rules.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666w1 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in doing so;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Attempting to alter, obscure, falsify or tamper with any identity document submitted during KYC;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any transaction connected to criminal activity;
• Using automated bots, software scripts, AI tools or any automated system to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting bugs, software errors or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform system — any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error may be voided;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or other multi-player formats;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or corruption in relation to any sporting event offered for wagering;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or redistribute any part of the Platform, its software or its content;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing any member of the 666w1 support team or other users.

Section 09

Responsible Gambling

666w1 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all registered Users via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict how much you can lose in a defined period. Loss limits cannot be increased immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when a defined period of play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Block your account from gambling activity for a defined period or permanently. Contact support at any time to activate self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders of how long your current session has been active and how much has been wagered.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the 666w1 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, interface designs, data compilations and documentation — is the intellectual property of 666w1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from 666w1.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you provide to 666w1 regarding the Platform may be used by 666w1 without restriction or compensation.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Guarantee of Winnings

666w1 makes no representation or warranty that use of the Platform will result in financial gain. All gambling involves risk, and past results are not indicative of future outcomes. Users engage in gambling activities entirely at their own risk.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666w1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary losses arising from your use of the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — even if 666w1 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.3 Service Availability

666w1 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free of technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages and Force Majeure events may affect availability. 666w1 is not liable for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

11.4 Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform does not contain links to external third-party sites. Where third-party payment processors are used to facilitate transactions, 666w1 is not responsible for the policies, security or service availability of those third parties.

Section 12

Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters to us. 666w1 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

Data collected during registration, KYC verification and Platform use — including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, CNIC or passport data and gameplay activity — is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance and service improvement.

666w1 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or by our AML/KYC obligations. Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

666w1 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, registered Users will be notified by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect, with a reasonable notice period provided where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 4.4.

The date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last reviewed. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Section 14

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 666w1 is licensed and incorporated, as determined by the operator. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights available to you under the consumer protection laws of your own jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your account or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of 666w1's licensing jurisdiction, unless a mandatory local law provision requires otherwise.
